Around and about #7

[pt] Fátima um lugar de fé e devoção.

Independentemente da religião de cada um, crenças ou cultura este é um lugar que move multidões.

Lembro-me perfeitamente de uma vez ter ido contrariada a este local, era uma criança e achava o lugar e as celebrações enfadonhas.

Após muitos anos começou a crescer a curiosidade de visitar este sítio até que algumas coisas aceleraram o processo e criaram a ocasião.

Levei a DSLR na mochila mas a verdade é que quando cheguei lá não consegui sequer tirar a máquina, limitei-me a explorar o sítio com outro tipo de sensibilidade que não a fotográfica.

Mas como fotograficamente e automaticamente já estou em modo botheyesinfocus fui tirando umas fotos com o telemóvel. 

Gostei de algumas coisas que vi, outras não me disseram absolutamente nada. Fiquei arrepiada, sorri, chorei, libertei, agradeci e deixei a chama acesa.

Longe de ter ido como peregrina fui como curiosa, de mente aberta e é isso que deixo aqui da minha visita.

Regardless of the religion of each, beliefs or culture this is a place that moves crowds.

I vividly remember once having visit this place without will, I was a child and saw the place and celebrations as tedious.

After many years the curiosity began to grow to re-visit this site, and some things have accelerated the process and created the occasion.

I took the DSLR on my backpack but the truth is that when I got there I couldn't pull it off, I just limited myself to explore this place with another kind of sensitivity than the photographic one.

But since photographically and automatically I'm already in botheyesinfocus mode I ended taking some pictures with my phone.

I liked some things I saw, some didn't told me anything at all. I got goosebumps, smiled, cried, freed, thanked and let the flame burning.

Far from having gone as a pilgrim I went as a curious and open-minded, that's what I leave here with my visit.
